Camp Venture has a clear pricing system. We offer two prices based on payment date.

• Our cost of attendance is based on the date of full payment being rendered, not the date of registration.
• Participants who pay in full by April 30th will be charged a registration price of $399.
• Participants must render full payment by April 30th, at 11:59PM CST to qualify for the early registration price of $399.
• Participants who pay in full on May 1st or later will be charged a registration price of $450.
• Sales tax is applied in addition to the registration price. The sales tax amount for Camp Venture's registration price is 9.025%
• Payments will go through our trusted payment processor, Stripe. Payment options will be made available on the registration and release forms.
• Payment must be made through the checkout option on one of our two forms, unless special arrangements are made with Camp Venture.
• Camp Venture reserves the right and sole discretion to adjust its price or apply discounts/scholarships as it sees fit.

After any payment has been made, participants will maintain the ability to cancel their registration at any time. The refunds we can offer for registration cancellation depend on the time of your cancellation request in relation to your session start date.

• To cancel your registration and request a refund, you must send an email to payment@campventure.net clearly stating your participant information and decision to cancel your registration. The email address used to request cancellation must be the parent email address listed on the participant's registration.
• A full refund can be offered up until April 30th, our early registration deadline.
• Starting May 1st, a $50 late cancellation fee will be withheld from refund requests.
• If a refund request is made within 30 days of the session start date, half of the registration price paid can be refunded.
• If a refund request is made within 7 days of the session start date, none of the registration price will be refunded.
• Camp Venture reserves the right and sole discretion to adjust its refund policy and/or refund amounts greater than listed in the above deadlines.

• Camp Venture offers scholarship opportunities to prospective participants with demonstrated financial difficulties.
• Scholarship opportunities are limited and awarded based on the financial needs of scholarship applicants.
• Scholarships may be awarded in the form of a full scholarship or a partial scholarship, as determined by Camp Venture's evaluation of the scholarship recipient's financial need.

• In your application email, please provide the name and contact details of the participant and their parent(s), in addition to a statement detailing why you are requesting a scholarship.
• You may be contacted for more information about your scholarship application. Please ensure that you provide an email and phone number that we can reach you at.
• Camp Venture reserves the right and sole discretion to award scholarships, in any amount, or to deny scholarship applications as it sees fit.
